A leader in unmanned systems, Saxon Remote Systems sets the standards high. John Ferguson, CEO of Saxon Remote Systems has over 25 years of experience in the field of remote system technology and believes in providing good quality systems. After selling his Harley to purchase his first drone, having investors step up and getting local support from Emprise Bank and the E-Community Loan through the Chamber, he is making Saxon Remote Systems a leader in unmanned systems. Formerly Skynet UAVS, Saxon Remote Systems was recently renamed and rebranded to fit the growth and future diversity of the company. Ferguson has put together a talented team to implement the best technology and guarantee a top quality product. He recognized Tom Phillips-Chief Financial Officer and Nathaniel Hinkel-Business Development and Marketing Manager. He thanked Andrea Ferguson and Scott and Sally Ferguson for their continued help and recognized James Reeves and Sam Thier who contract for Saxon Remote Systems as they continue to grow and expand around the globe.

John Ferguson showcased the Viper M10 during the ribbon cutting, shared information on several sensors and digital cameras that can be attached to the UAV’s and wowed everyone with the custom mobile command center. The Viper M10 weighing only 7 lbs. and having a 10’ wing-span is suited for industry inspection, surveying and agriculture crop monitoring. Saxon Remote Systems also designs and builds the Matrix M-4, Viper M5 and will soon be adding the M15 and M20 for extended duration surveillance and long range operations. The various sensors and digital cameras can be beneficial in showing areas of insect or weed infestations on crops, 3 D mapping, detecting heat loss from buildings, even identifying sick cattle by their elevated temperature. Saxon Remote Systems provides aircraft for purchase, making sure the buyer has the proper flight training and solutions needed for success as well as offering customized contract services to fit your needs. The mobile command center, custom-built by Dustin Younger of Autoking is equipped with multiple monitors and a pilot and sensor operator control console to communicate with remote systems and capture data on-site. Pretty amazing set-up to use in remote locations and view data in real time. Find out more about Saxon Remote Systems at www.saxonremotesystems.com or contact them at 316-847-8809.
