Member Spotlight- Rusty Tin Boutique & Vintage
Becky Witte began crafting at home, soon filling up room after room, then she filled the garage…then the truck…then decided it was time to open a store. With her children starting school, Becky redirected some time and opened the first Rusty Tin Boutique & Vintage in Marquette. Deciding to incorporate a few brands of clothing, Becky said she soon found out that clothing is a great niche. Although her store in Marquette is worth the drive, Becky was encouraged to bring her flare to McPherson. Now you can find unique clothes, shoes, handbags, accessories and vintage finds at 110 S. Main in McPherson. Rusty Tin Boutique & Vintage offers apparel in sizes XS to 3X for junior high shoppers to grandmothers. The selection is great; boutique clothing at affordable prices and did we mention they are comfortable? Becky told Chamber Connection attendees that she purchases items that are true to size and clothes that “look nice but feel like you’re in your pj’s”! Sorry, no guys clothes, but there are a lot of great items for you too, so stop by 110 S. Main, and….hint, hint, they even have wish lists. Inventory is always changing so shop often. Hours are Monday 10-2, Thursday and Friday 10-4 and Saturday 10-3:30.
Rusty Tin Boutique and Vintage is also widely known for their wonderful mixture of unique repurposed items, new vintage style pieces, old treasures and fun décor. Chamber President, Adrian Morales believes that the Rusty Tin Boutique and Vintage will be quite successful since it obviously has all the necessary traits: creative, crafty, trendy and “witte”!
