Join us for the annual Chamber Banquet & Awards on Tuesday, October 22nd from 11:30 to 1:00 at the McPherson Community Building.
Help us celebrate a year of successful opportunities and future goals. $30/person or $250 to sponsor a 6-seat table. RSVP by October 17th to chamber@mcphersonks.org or contact the office at 620-241-3303.
We will be honoring the recipient of the 2024 President’s Award, Mayor Tom Brown, who was selected by the McPherson Chamber of Commerce past presidents.
We will also recognize the 2024 Emerging Leader Award recipient Kena Dacus for her commitment to the community and her demonstrated excellence in business at Dacus Auto Body and Collision Repair.
The following businesses/organizations, voted on by our members, will also be awarded:
Community Builder Award – United Way of McPherson County
Honors Chamber members who play an active role in community advancement. The Community Builder award recognizes a longstanding business or organization who has taken an active role in presenting a positive image of McPherson.
Entrepreneur Business Award – The Locker Room
Spotlights a business that is innovative and forward thinking, growth-oriented, adaptive to change, exhibits good customer service and client relations, motivated to reach new markets, and overall excellence. (must be in business for 3+ yrs.)
Horizon Business Award – Syndeo Staffing Central Kansas
Honors a new chamber member (joined within the last 3 years) who becomes involved in Chamber activities, committees, and/or contributes time and talent to the Chamber to improve the greater community.
The Chamber Banquet is also an opportunity to celebrate the leadership of the Chamber by recognizing the 2024/2025 Chamber Board, and board members who completed their term in August.
