- South Central Kansas Economic Development Division (SCKEDD) Provides crucial capital for Kansas entrepreneurs unable to gain traditional commercial loans in the State of Kansas. SCKEDD’s grants writing team partners with local communities to attain grants to improve the quality of life, attract new businesses, accelerate job growth, and encourage new private development.

Created in 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) continues to help small business owners and entrepreneurs pursue the American dream.
