Member Spotlight – The Stone Chimney
It was a beautiful morning for The Stone Chimney to host the September 12th Chamber Connection. The shop at 1500 E. First draws customers from all over Kansas and beyond. In fact, 75% of their customer base lives outside of McPherson County. That’s a testament to the business Toni Bandy has built since opening the store nearly 20 years ago.
Chamber Connection attendees were a mix of regular Stone Chimney customers and some who were exploring the shop for the first time. They were all in for a treat as the store was decked out in fall décor with shades of red, orange, yellow and golden browns adorning the surfaces. Did you know that floral pieces are custom designed in the shop? You won’t go anywhere else and find the same designs. You can also bring in your own container or vase and have an arrangement custom designed at no charge – you just pay for materials.
The Stone Chimney also carries an extensive collection of high-quality candles. Many of them are exclusively sold at The Stone Chimney, so you won’t find them anywhere else locally.
Don’t wait too long to shop for your autumn or Halloween décor. By the end of October, The Stone Chimney will be in Christmas mode! That, according to shop manager Jana Bandy, is the most special season in the store.
Regardless of the time of year you shop, the team at The Stone Chimney provides excellent customer service, greeting visitors with a smile and helpful attitude.
