October is Manufacturing Month in McPherson County
The McPherson Chamber of Commerce and McPherson Industrial Development Co. have partnered with Viega, Central Plastics, Bradbury, and CertainTeed to celebrate and recognize the industrial success throughout McPherson County. The official nationally recognized day is Friday, October 6. McPherson County is like no other, so we will celebrate throughout the month of October. “Manufacturing jobs are important to our county and region. While the initial manufacturing job is important, another four employees are hired elsewhere in the community to either provide a vital service or product” said Jennifer Burch, McPherson Chamber of Commerce Executive Director.
